A bit hard to see the model properly, but it looks like it's quite well painted. A few suggestions which will improve your photos a lot:
Don't use a flash, but good lighting.
Use a piece of white paper or something as a background.
Use a stand for the camera. You can alternatively use a couple of books or similar stuff if you haven't got a proper camera stand.
Use a self timer on the camera. That way you can avoid any vibrations, and the pictures will be sharper.
