Swooping Hawk
This is an older one that I painted for a friend. I hadn't painted in three years before I picked this one up. It was fun coming up with some ideas. I really like the old style of Games Workshop painting. The bright colors of the second edition. I really wanted to do something like that with these minis. The only rule that I was given by my friend was that I need to use his craft world colors in them (Jade Green and Black). Since they come from the sky, I decided to paint them bone color like clouds/wraithbone. The barrels of their guns were shaded to contrast the rest of the mini and to be as bright as can be. I never got a chance to finish the bases for his stuff but I think it still looks pretty good.
