River Troll
This is the first of a set of three River Trolls. He will be a figure in a Warhammer Fantasy Army but as a major figure on the table I have attempted to make him a little more attractive than the standard table-top quality ... but I didn't want him done so well as to have me then reluctant to use him for gaming ! ;-) This is my first attempt at a more significant base design and my first use of a water feature (barely seen in the mid-ground of the front-on view). I welcome any comments on technique, color choices and impressions on final product. The mini has been scanned and saved in .tif file format at 600 dpi, cropped, each view composited to a single picture, resized to 600 pixels wide and finally compressed 40% to .jpg format.
