OK, so she looks more like a swimsuit model than a cyborg assassin - but hey I love the sculpt and those curves were a joy to paint ;) I decided to try out a slightly pearlescent effect on the PVC/armour - i.e it reflects green from one angle and purple from another. Hopefully the pics demonstrate the effect. Interested to hear any comments/feedback. Cheers.

Thanks for the comments chaps. The skintone was a bit of an accident after an initial failed attempt at a more grey colour (a la E.V.E. Protomecha for any comic fans). Yes, I fully agree the gun is a letdown. I should have done more to dress up what is essentially a boring sculpt there. bjc, the armour effect was achieved by imagining two opposing light sources - one for purple and the other for green.

Sweet work here. I like the deep maroon (almost purple) color on her hair. And I especially like the skin tone you got going here. She's not exactly tan or dwarvished color, but not too pale as well. What colors did you use on her skin? Her armor looks interesting and highlighted well. The base is also interesting. But yea, the gun looks second grade compared to everything else here.

I agree this model is great. I can't wait to paint mine. The weapon however is somewhat boring. Nice job on the armor. How'd you achieve the affect?
