though i like the fatigues, be very careful about using an 'armies primary colour' on parts that should be painted very plain, for example, the shoulders and breastplate. The skin is alright as well, but work on the colour scheme.
Dude, that's some wierd snow... I would have use a grey for the base, the worked up to white. Also, make sure that you use the basecoats properly, eg. eagles on the guns. they should have been basecoated before you paint the blue
