On a strictly artistic level it's well painted. I like the skin texture and detail work though the areas were the ropes bind should range in color from light to slightly reddish flesh color to show the effect the tight ropes have on the circulation of blood on the arms and legs.

Thanks. Its not just the nudity though its also the bondage they had a problem with. Waiting to hear back from ebay before I try reposting the auction with a decision on this. Considered even censoring that part if they will allow it.

You could also try just painting (in the photos) over the nudity and re-posting the auction.
