this is really weel painted. the lighnting, though well painted, looks really cheasy and doesnt make very much sense for a military vehicle other than that really cool

it looks a bit too painted. like with the kanon head it looks unfinished and the lightning stripes looks rough and corny.

Well... Your color choice is definitely... different I mean, black & blue, but combined to the lightning pattern and the red of the motors, it looks rather strange. You can see the joints on the motor, and metal is not a good choice for large surfaces... The blue parts are strange too... Looks like there's ink on it... Anyway, pratice is everything... Keep practicing, and the rest will follow!
