6.8 from me; the painting is well executed, with a good color choice and nice rendering. The backpack rawks...The only things that stand out are the wood imitation (it isn't as good as the rest imo) and the antenna could use a bit straightening .

It's an interestingly "gadgety" look for Nurgle. I like it.
