This is one of the first "proper" minis I've made myself from scratch (not including bits for basing), and I'm quite pleased with how he's come out. I followed several tutorials from here and elsewhere, and tested out different techinques and ideas. He's for a D&D setting I've been planning with the help of my boyfriend- the Ahn-kiz are insect warriors that tend either to law (highly organised, social insect behaviour) or chaos (solitary insect behaviour). These bugs squash back! C&C always welcome. Ta for looking! :)

I think he looks pretty cool! I like the patterning on the back especially. The antennae have a nice texture, though look a little thick. But I guess they'll need to be sturdy to stand up to play.
