This is one of 24 thieves from a box of thieves that I got for $20, not the greatest mini's but they work well for D&D.

Yea it was the first mini I tried to use any kind of finish on so I wasn't sure what to use.

5 is tabletop quality, and thats what this is. It's fully painted and based, so rating it below that is unkind. Try a matte finish, instead of a gloss, the rating would be a lot higher. :)
