This mini really is one of the best around from GW at the moment, an absolute joy to paint. The skin is lighter IRL the highlights were just to subtle for the lighting. Check out my new blog at http://wombatminitures.blogspot.com/
I'll agree - I love these Warrior priests - have a look at mine (Also, Bill has a good one)
Whilst you mention the subtle highlighting on the face, etc sometimes at these lower scales it helps to exaggerate those contrasts and pick out the details that little bit more.
I think the best part of this mini is the bird skull.
I can see some messy spots though - namely on the purity seal thingies, and on the chain the bird skull hangs from.
I'd add more to the base than what you have here. If you're selling them on EBay, you might consider leaving them blank on purpose and instead offer to base it to match your buyer's army. The lack of coverage of the green turf really detracts from the model. I would also add more highlights to the face.
