Thanks for the note shug! I'm not sure why, but it does seem like the folks rate the actual miniatures just as much as they do the paint jobs. This older stuff is great and really should be appreciated.
Love your classic minis! These are seriously under-rated... people rate usually rate the sculpts and model choice along with the paint job... ;)
You're definitely a couple notches above me in talent, but I feel we share the same simple old-school style of painting with subtle highlighting and realistic tones. In this model, I love the fine detail and care that went into the face... people don't realize how hard it is to pull off clean detail on true 25mm.
Now I just need to figure out my camera to take sharper, more well-lit pics! :D Keep up the awesome work, your minis are inspiring me....
