I did this model as a test to see what it would look like with a bare arm. I don't think I did too badly on the painting.
Actually, its my best yet lol. (thanks to Cyril for the inspiration on the "grime+damage").
yeah I thought the amount of "grime" was a bit much but as I said, it's purely a test to see if it would work with a bare arm. I also wanted to see what my painting was like after I read a few tutorials on this site
umm... the main thing for me is the details, purity seals aren't silver, you've highlighted most things except the shoulder pad. and you need to think about how the chest plate would link in with the arm plates. eg. the chest plate would extend a bit over the shoulder with some clips and stuff. this would also help fill in some of the messy shoulder stuff
