It's a little pastel-ish and it's not very vibrant. Try a glaze of blue ink to really bring out the blue tones more!

there's a lot of Ultra-haters around here :S but I really like your mini, I think he might benefit fron yellow shoulderpad egdes though (but then you have a problem with the "neck guard"..)
