death korps mars alpha leman russ right side
first tank in my death korps army that i will showcase here as and when, it's a forgeworld mars alpha leman russ, wanted to give it a weathered look without going overboard, enjoyed creating the rust and i think it came out really well, added a couple of rusting buckets, ammo and fuel holder to side with scrathbuilt holder rusting chains extra fuel drum with pipe leading into engine, hand painted flag with purity seals and guitar wire airealand a couple packs and rolls also added spare tracks with holder made from plasticard and minature modelling nuts and bolts, once i have worked out new camera i will compile some close up detail shots. in time i am going to make a desplay board which will have a muddy road leading to a iron bridge with the tanks i do in convoy with trenches either side for dug in infantry and on higher level dug in artillary. at the moemnt i am thinking early autumn foliage with the first sprinkling of snow just fallen so may add small amounts of snow to tanks at a later date when i decide comments and ideas very welcome, thanks
