25 Hour Challenge Harry the Hammer

My local GW store had an interesting contest: paint Harry in 25 hours. I decided to try something I'm not very familiar with (white armor) and I was fairly pleased with the results for a one day paint job. Out of only four contestants, he... um... didn't win.

I don't think I was very clear about the terms of the contest. The model went on sale 12:00 PM on Saturday (when the store opened) and painted models were due for judging at 1:00 PM on Sunday... 25 hours between when the model went on sale and when the painted models were judged. It was probably four hours of total time spent on the model from shrink wrap to sealer.

Maybe 2,5h (two and a half)? Because 25h seems to be a lot of time to me. Don't worry about the results, keep going and take the pleasure of painting! White armour is quite hard even for more experienced painters. Cheers!
