first off all, the paint is so thick it actually obscures the detail. I suggest that you thin down your paints with water and paint several coats instead of one thick one.
secondly, it looks like his staff is bent
If it looks the way it pitcure suggests, I would suggest working on the facial details a bit better. Necrons might be minimal on details there, but there is still a bit that can be done there. Also the bronze torse with silver platform attachment, makes the mini look more pieced together at the last moment to me. Other then that you have a rather cool concept, and it looks good so far. Just needs some work.
