Veteran Imperials squad

My first upload to this great painting community. I could use some tips on picture taking please:) These models were painted for golden daemon 2003 but were never finished due to a city wide black out just days before the competition. How well or poorly do you think these guys would have done?

I'm afraid you are let down by the picture. Around here, people like to comment on details, since that's what usually differs the the golden demon winner from the average painter. From a distance, your guardsmen look fantastic, but i strongly recommend you to post some close-ups. From what i can see though, they are really well painted. The skin of the officer looks great, and so does the weapons. Unfortunately, due to lack of information about the detail work, i can't give you a higher grade. I reckon though that they are at least an 8. Good luck!
