Stormboyz are young Orks ("yoofs") who rebel against the slovenly, do-whatever-you-want ethos of their elders and run away to boot camps where they spend their time drilling, polishing their kit, and developing strict "dissaplin". Thus they tend to be more uniform and cleaner than other orks - though orks they remain, so 'cleaner' is entirely relative!
