Ultramarine Dreadnought

This is my first mini...well, not technically, but its the first serious attempt after the Battle of Macragge disaster when I thought a glaze is something that you find on top of a Krispy Kreme shop! Please let me know what I did right and what I did wrong here! Thanks!

I think that you did a decent job for a new painter. The drybrushing on the base looks nice...dont be afraid to use that on the rest of your mini. You may want to look for an article on using washes (thinning down your paint to shade) as I think that may help you out alot. Well done! and keep at it!

Very neatly painted. If you want to improve, you just have to do some shading/highlighting (which is where all the difficulty comes in). . . . .. You "glazed" your Marines with a donut???
