Colours for the flames are very well chosen, but the blending could be improved. Maybe more contrast for the red and gray parts? And I don't know much about the Hordes-universe, so I don't know where pyre trolls live (maybe in a volcanic rocky wasteland?), but you could put a little more details on the base, bushes, shrooms, I don't know, the usual stuff. Get some rust on the metal parts. I'll stop nagging now.
