Good start. (better than mine in fact :P ) To improve the look of Your models You should try to undercote them. I find citadel CHAOS black spray the best. When model is undercoated with paint "sticks" to it better giving You better effect with thiner layer of paint. Also it will eliminate places where you can see orginal plastic colour (like inside of Your tanks tracs) Another thing you should consider is geting yourself a set of good brushes because You are as good as tools!
