Menoth flameguard captain

this is the second mini that really caught my eye whenever i began to play menoth i began to do some flamework on the minis spear since the spear is called a "flame spear" so i just modeled green stuff on the spear and hoped it came out looking ok i was quite surprised.

Since no one has bothered as yet I'll be the first to post a comment for you. My initial observations on this figure is that you need to thin your paints quite considerably and work in many thin layers. Following that you can then thin your washes and work on using the glaze technique to reinforce the shadow tones. You'd probably benefit a lot more from posting WIP pictures in the Forums and ask for assistance and suggestions. Come on over, we don't bite.....unless it's a full moon. :D
