Wood Elf Standard Bearer

My original post of this mini was extremely small and I didnt notice until today so here is a bigger and more improved pic of the Wood Elf. I am still not sure about the banner yet but if you guys could tell me what you think that would be great. I was trying to make it look like the design only showed when the sun hit it directly. Is that what it looks like or did I just flat out mess it up? Thanks you in advance for any comments.

Realy nice job!! About the banner i would not do annything more to it the effect is realy nicely done like it is right now.

finally he's done! haha but anyways, I see what you were trying to do with the banner. it seems only slightly off from the effect you wanted I think. I'm not really sure how you would accomplish such a technique though. The sword and different shades of green are very nice though! the sword especially. keep up the good work!
