It's nice! The face of the Orc looks especially good on this picture. But I find the wyvern a bit too similar in colour. Try using more difference in iether contrast or tone of colour to make a more intresting colourscheme. I think the bone areas could be improved as well with a bit more careful painting. Also try putting all views together in a image-program like photoshop or Gimp. There are a bunch of tutorials on the subject or ask if you need help. Sven
