I experimented with painting nmm (this is my first try to paint miniature with nmm style.) and face skintones. All comments are welcome.

The NMM turned out very well especially for a first effort. Maybe just work a little bit on the smoothness of the transitions because the colours, contrast and placement of highlights and shadows is very good.
