I agree on the skin tones, really good job on them.
Critiques:
-Not so many colors, you've got like the whole color wheel in there in one way shape or form. A more limited pallete will definitely help out.
-Your blue could use some extra attention to more subtle blending. In some places it looks great and in others it looks slightly rushed.
-Not a real big fan of the blade, the stone on the staff looks great, but the blade isn't doin it for me. Maybe do the blade red, then highlight the edges as you have the tip.
-The staff seems a bit plane and bland. A quick highlight of snakebite leather in some places, or maybe a chesnut ink to the recesses near the bands would definitely liven it up.
