I can definately see alot of improvement, the armour color is smooth and the highlights are much subtler. You payed more attention to detail, the lenses are very well done. The freehand script too is very good, looks like real writing. The little negative thing I can see is the highlighting on the weapons, you should highlight DA green with Snot green, don't just add white to DA green and that goes for all colors: use lighter shades of the same color to highlight the base color.
I'm rating this mini a 7 for the quality and +1 for the progress.
