Unless that mini's made of plastic, you would greatly improve its sculpt by bending the whip into a more natural shape. Skew the spikes too; none of them would be parallel on a supple whip that is in motion like this.
I like the fleshy bits especially around his face. I think the right horn looks better shadowed than the left horn--the darker lines are bolder and more solid. The red on the axe is really fantastic, but the rest of the axe itself is sorta like a big black blob, it needs some more color/highlight/something on all bits, like the bolts at the bottom, the grain on the shaft, the pokey bit at the top, etc, etc, etc...
He sorta looks like he's leaning over towards his axe, like it's overbalancing him.. hehehe...
The reds on the weapon and shoulder spike are very nicely executed. The skin seems to me to be the bad point. On the hands and legs it looks like the wash has pooled, making the juctions such as between the fingers and next to the fur on the thigh look messy. A good, scary leader though.
