It's nice to see someone painting Tau in their original scheme. The model has a nice, dirty look to it. As Necroghast said though, it needs more of a matte varnish to take away some of that shine on the cloth.

pants look a little shiny. touch those up with some matte varnish id say; makes it less shiny
