Classic chaos Marine
This 2nd ed chaos warrior has been lying around for long enough so I decided to paint him. Very nice model, in no way inferior to the plastic chaos marines we have today. The small grining face he has on his belt made me think of nurgle so I made him green and included a lot of rust and wear to create a look fitting for the diseased master. No conversion was done. The painting was great fun due to a limited number of colors and a clean simple sculpt. I experemented with green and brown hues of rust to make the model more interesting. The way this piece was pianted may well show into what direction my painting could evolve, so please comment and tell me what I could have done better.
