I painted for a coworker in a few months worth of lunchtimes. He's a character from Usagi Yojimbo. The base is a first for me; it's a two-part polyurethane water effect that I blocked in with plasticard and adhesive tape. The rocks and turtle were sculpted before pouring the polyurethane, and the rhino was added after. Thanks for looking, and thanks for blackfly for posting one of these for me to use as reference repeatedly.
