The picture is really small so I can´t see much detail (perhaps try to take single pictures of your minis and position them one under the other). These minis are interesting conversions, although I must say that I don´t like the way you put the shoulder pads on but that´s just my personal taste. As far as I can see, the paintjob looks good, the face of the second marine to the right looks really nice, like a chaos-corrupted marine surely must look beneath his helmet.
I´ll give you 6 points, mostly for the conversions, because I can´t see much detail of your minis, with a better pic I would give you more, because what I can see about your paintjob looks as if you know what you´re doing.
