Actually 7-7.5 - well above tabletop quality. The shading of skin and clothes alone do that, and the armour has good details, too.

Base looks good, what I think is drool and slimy bits hanging off of him add interest and the head looks very rattlesnakeish. I would say a better photo would show up more detail and may get you a more accurate rating.
