I've always liked models in action poses instead of the statuesque standing proud poses. So the scuplt here is nice. Color choice is nice also (canonical right?)
And you've clearly improved in both your painting as well as your photography - this is not a bad effort. I guess I would avoid red weapons - I know they are popular but it's a tad distracting to me - I think a black one would be better. One day I will tackle some 40k stuff.
