The minature with no name.

This is an Andrea 54mm figure. It's the first 54mm that I've ever tried, so I'd be grateful for constructive comments please! (And yes, I still have some way to go with photographing figures - I'm practising.)

1. gloss is not your friend in photography, dull coat. 2. use a grey or sky background (many backdrops are paper so it's not expensive- just go down to the art store) 3. use indirect light or a soft light (cheap solution is to "bounce" light of a flat white object (like bead board or a flat white wall) hope that helps

I really like how the blue jeans turned out - perfect colour and great highlights. I think his face could use a little more highlights and/or shading to give it a bit more definition.

No Such Agency
(6.5) The paint job is decent enough but I can't say I like the sculpt much. He looks too static - a gunfighter should have his legs farther apart for balance and maybe his torso tilted or the gun hand farther out. As it is he looks like he's posing for a tourist's photo (which, to be fair, could be a legitimate interpretation of this scene :)).
