I agree with Grizzix ... first thing I thought of was Vincent Vega. So, nice work on the face. The white shirt is a bit grubby .. a cleaner job on shading the white (try some very soft blue/grey) and a "citier" base insted of rock would really make it pop.
I think this mini has bags of potential. I'd love to have a go at it myself. I think this version looks really good but obviously needs a bit more work done to the base.
