Your paintjob isn´t bad, but you should paint the base, that drags down the whole mini. I think your paintjob on his skin and on the leather is good, the white cloak should have gotten a cleaner white or another colour like Bleached Bone, for example. I would prime everything I´m going to paint white, bone or yellow at first with brown, then you get a cleaner colour after around two layers of colour. Otherwise, your paintjob is nice.
