try using two part araldite clear..basically mix it then spread it with a cocktail stick or similar on some freezer bag or similar..when cured you can trim it o make quite cool icicles that you may be able to add along the trail..Also maybe showing the frost affecting him like part of the arm frozen or something like that???

(8.5) Fantastic contrast between the desert warrior and the Ice Queen - he's really out of his league I think! The only criticism I can think of is that the base is quite plain, even a few scruffy shrubs would give it some life.
