Pretty nice work. I think Tuubje might be refering to the head, where the face and hair do look kind of drybrushed.
Still, its characterful and effective.
I love the colors, blue and gold are great together. Nice base too, he looks like he's stalking prey, one small itty-picky thing, your drybrush is very rough, try to smooth the blending more and you'll win that show
