The greenstuffing is very good for a first attempt, and although feathers may not immediately scream chaos, that would really depend on the paint job and army that they were in. Overall well done

there is also a skull hanging under his sword arm but i couldnt get a good pic of it

You should think of something different than feathers..they actually don't fit the character of this mini...but, well, the idea of this as a whole is nice ;-)
