Blame it on me (the husband and photographer). The shots of this huge diorama were my first attempts at using the camera's macro setting.
Despite the lukewarm ratings the diorama received, I like it very much --not the least because it was a gift from her to me...
well you have the goopy fleshy look Lovecraft always goes on about- but it is all sort of off focus- it is hard to see the mini as distinct from the background for some reason
