I agree, the 'drow' look really makes dark elves sing! my only gripe(s) would be around the leg everything is so alike in hue it minimises the detail, although IRL it may be much more clearly definable, and the cloth on the staff you have painted the same as the staff, it just doesn't seem right :( otherwise i must say i'll be considering your colour scheme for some of my other units, well done.
