looks like a well painted mini but the picture doesn't do it justice. I like the metals especially on his face mask, and the robe looks superb. However the banner looks a bit messy and more time could be spent on the skulls at his feet, like getting the shading right. I don't quite like the sword however, it is well painted but I disagree with the design, but hey that's just me. Also the purity seals or whatever should be painted less dark and more parchmenty like if you get wat I mean. Fix those and it will be a solid mini.
