it's a light grey as basecoat, then washed with VMC Intermediate Blue, W&N Payne's Grey, Black and Burnt Umber. You can use any blue grey/dark blue grey/black/brown colors though, just use glaze medium and as many thin coats as necessary for best effect. Drybrush or highlight with white at last.
