Agree with the fella below: Although for a gaming piece you need areas to place figures, so understandable - although I'dve just covered those areas with a dusting of sand (Painted the right colour). The building layout seems a bit strange though :P Plus Id've added a lot more colour (Staining etc)
Everything you did here, you did well.
You may want to consider a bit more texture in the walls, brickwork and weathering. Aside from that, a ruined building would present much more rubble.
The damage on the stairs looks good, keep it up.
