This is my first mini on CMON, and fourth I've painted (ever). It's conversion of an old Orlock ganger. I've used grinder to cut off most head, and use greenstuff to make beard and hairs, so he looks like BA Baracus from The A Team. All comments are most welcome.

Tnx for comments. Not at the moment, I want to learn how to paint better (mainly freehands :). When I'll finish a base, I'll post my previous mini. It looks kinda like Hanibal because of big cigar :).
