If he's just a random codex chapter librarian, then it's perfect (therefore the 10), but that's no Iron Hands. Not enough bionics. Don't tell me I'm wrong, I already voted 10.

I love it! And don't listen to Alienerd... A power armour gauntlet is basically a bionic hand in itself (complete with servo-motors). It doesn't stretch belief that he had a bionic hand crafted to look like a gauntlet installed when he joined the chapter.
