It's pretty good. Hard to see the face in the pics but I do like the colour choices and it looks to be a clean paint job...
Maybe a different colour choice for the hair? Or a darker skin tone on the face something to seperate the colours so there is a more distinct difference betwwen the highlights of the hair and the skin colour...
Nice choice of colors. The shading/highlights on the fabric are well done (I especially like the purple trim on the sleeves). The ornament at the top of the staff looks good, too. I would suggest more work on the hair -- that big head of hair would look great with some careful highlights to make it "shine." Nice work on a very attactive mini.
