Having looked at all of your submissions so far I can point out a few things that I can see. First, the skin and clothes generally need at least another layer of highlighting. Second, post a little note in the submissions section of the forum and you will get a lot more comments and advice. Third, photos make most of the score on CMON. Read the articles section to see how to improve the pictures. There is a great article on photoshop which is also posted in the articles section. You can get and use gimp for free, just ask in the forums and someone will help.
